StarOil Plc has announced that it does not plan to increase its prices for the current pricing window.
In a Facebook post earlier today, StarOil Chief Executive Officer Philip Kwame Tieku explained that the move is aimed at cushioning petroleum consumers.
“Star Oil will not increase prices for this window to help cushion petroleum consumers! Keep saving, Starsavers,” the post read.
Going by this, Super is expected to continue selling at GH₵16.64, Diesel at GH₵18.46, and RON 95 at GH₵18.97.
StarOil’s decision comes as other Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) prepare to review their prices for the current window, with the National Petroleum Authority’s price floor and global crude trends typically shaping how competitors respond in the days ahead.
