BOST Energies Limited Company (BOSTenergies) has recorded a remarkable financial and operational growth for the financial year ending 2025, with revenue, profit, assets and shareholders equity showing impressive growth, with the company also paying its first-ever dividend to the Government of Ghana.
The performance was announced at the Company’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Accra, where the shareholder, the Board of Directors, Management, and other stakeholders reviewed the Company’s performance for the 2025 financial year.
The Company recorded:
• GH₵3.81 billion in revenue, representing 195% year-on-year growth
• GH₵683.96 million in Profit After Tax, reflecting a 72% year-on-year increase
• GH₵3.99 billion in total assets, representing 50% growth
• GH₵1.47 billion in shareholder equity, more than doubling over the period
• A 28% reduction in administrative expenses, reflecting continued cost discipline and operational efficiency

A major highlight of the year was the payment of BOSTenergies’ first-ever dividend to the Government of Ghana since the Company’s establishment 33 years ago.
According to the Company , total dividend paid amounted to GH₵34.2 million representing 5% of its net profit .
The Company added that , the dividend payment reflects its improved financial position and reinforces its commitment to prudent financial management, accountability, and sustainable shareholder value creation.
The 2025 results were driven by the strength of the Company’s commercial activities, disciplined financial management, and continued focus on operational efficiency.
In addition to the financial performance, the results highlighted the growing strength and resilience of BOSTenergies, reinforcing its ability to invest, operate efficiently and grow sustainably in the future, given its solid financial foundation.
