ZEN Petroleum Holdings PLC, has announced the acquisition of 240,000 ordinary shares of the company by two of its directors.
In a press release dated June 26,2026, Zen Petroleum revealed that its directors,Mansa Nettey and Freda Duplan each acquired 200,000 and 40,000 ordinary shares respectively in the Company through the Ghana Stock Exchange.
Mansa Nettey and Freda Duplan now join Frank Adu, who also acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the company earlier this month as the latest directors to hold equity stakes in the company.
A move several move analysts and market watchers have interpreted as a signal of confidence.
This comes after the company’s official listing on the Ghana Stock Exchange on April 22, 2026 where it raised GH¢640 million from its Initial Public Offering(IPO).
